Our address is 4840 Forest Drive Suite 24 beside Starbucks Hooligan's in Trenholm Plaza.
Our boutique is open for business Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5:30pm. We are closed on Sunday. All phone calls will be returned during these normal business hours. If a message is left after hours, it will be returned as quickly as possible the next business day.
Our website is open for shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Bumble Boutique proudly stands behind our collection of top-quality brands and products. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
*In Store Returns/exchanges must occur within 14 days from the purchase date in order to receive a full refund.
*Items Returned without a receipt may be issued a credit for the current sale / clearance price.
*Sale Prices, coupons or promotions may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise.
*Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.
*For web orders, Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All web orders must be returned within 7 days of delivery of the merchandise. We will utilize the tracking information to determine delivery date of merchandise. Shipping for exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer.
*SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS Return Policy -- All Sales are FINAL on items discounted greater than 25% off regular price and may NOT be refunded. If returned, those items will be accepted for store credit or size exchange only. NO REFUNDS.
The following merchandise is non-refundable and cannot be returned:
*Clearance items, marked greater than 25% off, Special order items, Personalized items, Bathing suits, Tights, Toys, Seasonal Merchandise (within 6 weeks of the holiday) and Special Occasion merchandise.
Again, we will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used.
Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition.
Q: What is your Pre-Orders Policy?
What is your Pre-Order Policy?
A:
Pre-Ordered items are those that you purchase in advance for fall and holiday 2009. These items are reserved for you out of our expected inventory. Once your entire order has been received in stock, we then ship the order to you. This assures you get the items you want before they sell out.
New this Year - All Pre-Orders over $150 will receive ONE free shipping once your order is in stock completely and ready to ship!
Pre-orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your items with an additional 25% non-refundable deposit due within 35 days of the date your order was placed. If the full 50% deposit is not received within 35 days from the date of order, your order will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Any promotions, coupons, or layaway specials will be applied after the initial deposit is made. Pre-Orders will be set up as a layaway giving you the option to pay over 2 or 3 months. An invoice will be sent to you on the 1st of each month with a final invoice showing when your order is paid in full.
This season we are offering you the ability to receive 10% off your entire pre-order if you pay in full at the time your order is placed. You must enter the coupon code DISCOUNT at checkout to receive the 10% off.
There are no cash refunds on Pre-Orders since we are holding these on your behalf (we can not offer them to others). Pre-orders are not shipped until your order is paid in full and received into inventory - no exceptions. If you have paid in full, but your order is not completely in stock and you want to pay additional shipping to receive the in stock items early, you can do so by calling us. If your order qualifies, only ONE shipment is free when your order is in stock and ready to ship complete. Should you cancel prior to receiving your items, any & all deposit received by Bumble Boutique WILL NOT be refunded. Should you receive your order and an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for another size (less return shipping fee and replacement shipping fee). Should we no longer have that size in stock, we will then offer you a store credit. Your store credit will be good for up to 60 days, and can be used in-store or on the web.
We are not responsible for manufacturer delays in shipment of pre-ordered items to us. Manufacturer Delays are beyond our control. Some companies ship more timely than others. Your patience is appreciated. We will notify you directly if any manufacturer delays are anticipated, and keep you informed based on information that is given to us by the manufacturer. If an item you have pre ordered is not manufactured or is not shipped to us by the manufacturer, your payment will be refunded and you will be notified.
Please use coupon code PREORDER at checkout. The PREORDER coupon can only be applied to pre-ordered items. If you want to purchase items, other than pre-order items, you must shop and check out separately. Any regular items on pre-orders, where the PREORDER or DISCOUNT coupon is used will not be shipped and monies collected will be applied to your pre-order ONLY. No Refunds will be given. If you FAIL to enter the PREORDER coupon at checkout - the discount WILL NOT be applied and the Entire amount of your purchase will be charged to your card. Should this happen, we will not issue a refund. Your PREORDER will simply be considered as Paid In Full - you will also, NOT qualify for the 10% Paid In Full discount should this happen.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service available. Orders received and paid for by 10:00am EST Monday through Saturday are considered placed that day in terms of order processing & will usually ship that day. Orders received after 10:00am EST may not ship until the next business day. Orders received on Sunday and Monday will usually ship on the following Tuesday. Also, if you need an item quickly, please let us know ahead of time so that we can invoice you with various shipping options that will get your item to you more quickly. We normally ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class. You should allow 2-3 Business Days (USPS Priority) or 2-9 Business Days (USPS 1st Class) to receive your item once shipped. Never be afraid to ask for something sooner – we are happy to assist in any way possible.

Once your item leaves Bumble Boutique, we have no control over actual delivery times; especially around the Holidays. The post office states the following approximate delivery times: Priority: 2-3 days 1st Class: 2-9 days Express: Next Day to 'most' locations Please keep this in mind when planning your purchases and note that this doesn't include order processing time. Express Service is available which is overnight to most locations. Please contact us if you wish to add this shipping service to your order and we can provide you with a cost quote.
Q: Embroidery and Monogramming Fonts & Color Choices
For custom Embroidery and Monogramming, you have many fonts and colors to choose from, but I don’t see exactly what I am looking for. Are there other options?

Absolutely! Feel free to email us. Let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have many fonts, embroidery designs, and colors to choose from. Click on the "Custom Embroidery Fonts & Colors" option in the lefthand navigation window of any page located under Products. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for then we can suggest alternates.
Q: How long does it take for my personalized embroidered items?
How long will it take for my purchased items to be embroidered or monogrammed?
A:
Prompt delivery of your personalized items is important to us. Providing that no unforeseen circumstances occur, your items will be completed and shipped out no later than 10 business days. If there is a delay we will notify you as soon as possible. To prevent a delay in processing your items, please be sure to include font type, name or monogram and thread color in your order comments.

We would be happy to ship your item to a gift recipient! All of our items are professionally packaged and ready for gift giving. Upon request, we can even enclose a complimentary gift note to your recipient from you. You will be charged a separate s/h fee for items being shipped to multiple addresses. The rate will vary based on items purchased. Please inquire before sending payment so that we can update your invoice accordingly.
